A large public healthcare environment undergoing ongoing digital and service transformation identified the importance of investing in leadership capability at the point where individuals transition into people leadership roles.
As part of its broader workforce and capability agenda, the organisation sought to support emerging leaders who were stepping into new responsibilities that required balancing operational delivery, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership within a complex and fast-moving system.
